This episode is, well, a lost episode. I found it via on ebay, which is known for a lot of bootleg stuff. It came into my mail, and I played the episode. It had a menu screen on it.
It was pretty obvious it was a bootleg. I chose Play episode to see what is in there.
Apparently, it has the first five episodes of season 4, going on as:
- Fear of a Krabby Patty
- Shell of a Man
- The Lost Matress
- Krabs vs. Plankton
- Have You Seen This Snail?
I chose "Have You Seen This Snail?", I chose the rest and I had to chose the bonuses to see what was in there. I came across this episode known as "Mr. Krabs Gets Killed." There was some extra episodes, known as:
- The Sponge Who Could Fly
- Help Wanted
- SpongeBob Meets the Strangler
- Just One Bite
- Krusty Krab Training Video
It has some of my favorites in there. It even included a few shorts:
- The Endless Summer
- Attack of the SpongeBob DVDs (commercial short)
- Can't Swim
- Remodeling
- Loop dee Loop
It has three of Friend or Foe's shorts. Apparently, the DVD had something called "episode." I was really suspicious what could be in there. I chose it anyway and watched it.
The Episode[]
Title Card
It started off with no intro at all. Just the title card with literal plain silence. It obviously reused the title background for One Course Meal, which made me think the DVD was from 2010-2011. I contacted the DVD seller, they said they had it since 2011, which I was correct. I just sat there, watching the TV screen, watching the episode after contacting the DVD seller.
It started all off in The Krusty Krab. Mr. Krabs was at his office as usual, but SpongeBob went in the office, scared and shaking. He told Mr. Krabs there was a monster outside. Mr. Krabs went out there to check, and he saw Rrarrg, just bigger and green. He ran for his life, but he had no choice but to accept his fate.
SpongeBob was outside of the scene, wondering where Mr. Krabs went. He went outside, only to find Mr. Krabs' restless body. It literally took 3 minutes of my life in order to watch the episode.
Aftermath[]
I contacted the DVD seller again, about the episode I found there, the DVD seller replied:
I never ever went onto the bonuses. I didn't care much about bonuses, but how'd you manage to find that in the bonuses?
Obviously, he was confused, but it was in the bonuses anyway. I noticed the DVD seller didn't accept returns, so I just ignored the episode, continued to watch these episodes, other than that one. I enjoyed the DVD overall, but I wouldn't recommend looking at what lurks in there.
